NRT is the study of how different points on the surface of the body relate to the state of health and the flow of energy in each and every organ and function of the body. The analysis is performed using muscle testing.
A muscle testing nutritional analysis is done over clothing, testing each organ reflex point for stress. Once the stresses are found, a system of additional muscle testing checks for food allergens, heavy metal toxicity and chemical toxins among others and suggestions to modify lifestyle, mostly through change in diet are made. Finally, special whole food supplements designed to strengthen weak organ reflex points and to help rid the body of toxins. |
